It is the case of the petitioner that the respondent authorities have conducted a public auction of plots at Mailardevpally Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, on 14.08.2018 and the petitioner stood highest bidder on having offered a price of Rs.14,700/ - per square yard for Plot No.150/ K4/ H, admeasuring 334.83 square yards, and he paid the Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.3,34,835/ - through RTGS, and also paid the entire amount of Rs.49,22,001/ - through the State Bank of India, as per the payment schedule given by the respondent authorities. It is the grievance of the petitioner that on coming to know that the subject plot is under encroachment, he made representations on 01.08.2019, 15.07.2019, 10.01.2019, 03.12.2018 and 03.10.2018, requesting the respondent authorities to refund the entire amount of Rs.

49,22,001/ -, but the respondent authorities have not refunded his amount till date. Heard Sri M.A.K. Mukhed, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, and Sri Y. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for HMDA. The grievance of the petitioner being limited to non-consideration of his representations dated 01.08.2019, 15.07.2019, 10.01.2019, 03.12.2018 and 03.10.2018, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondentCommissioner to consider the representations and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, and communicate the decision to the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
