Heard Sri A. Jagannadha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the Vizianagaram Municipality.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties are at consensus that the issue arising for consideration in this writ petition stands settled in the light of the earlier adjudication by this Court in similar matters. A copy of the common order dated 04.08.2015 in W.P.Nos.11046 and 24063 of 2015 is placed on record.

For reasons alike as were stated in the afore-stated order and in terms thereof, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to follow the due procedure laid down by law in the event the subject properties are required for any public purpose.
