THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.18297 of 2014 ORDER:

Sri V.Kiran Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri K.B.Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the petitioners, would state that the petitioners have taken away the file along with a 'No Objection Vakalat'. However, perusal of the record reflects that the said No Objection Vakalat, if any, has not been acted upon till date and Sri K.B.Ramanna Dora, learned counsel, remains the petitioners' counsel as on date. As the petitioners have not chosen to make alternative arrangements after taking away the file from him, it is deemed that they have no interest in pursuing this litigation.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
