THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR W.P. No.20706 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning inaction on the part of the official respondents in completing the investigation and taking action by arresting the accused persons in Cr.No.124 of 2019 of Jawahar Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions dated 20.09.2019 of the Sub-Inspector of Plice, Jawaharnagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner a case was registered in Crime No.124 of 2019 under Sections 420 IPC and 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) Act of Jawaharnagar Police Station on 09.03.2019. Further, it is also submitted that during the course of investigation witnesses LWs.1 to 14 were examined and investigation is almost completed and after obtaining permission from the higher officials, case will be finalized within a period of two weeks.

Recording the said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
