HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 6712 OF 2010 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of termination of Anganwai Helper by proceedings dated 8.3.2010. By order dated 25.3.2010, interim suspension was granted. Praying to vacate the interim order, respondents in W.P. filed WVMP No. 4498 of 2010. In paragraph 16 of the counter affidavit filed in support of the vacate petition, it is stated that on 8.3.2016 orders were issued appointing a person by name Smt. G. Annamma as Anganwadi Helper and she joined duty on 15.3.2010. The appointment of Smt.G. Annamma is not under challenge and she is not arrayed as respondent. The stand of the respondents that the appointment was already made is not disputed.

In view of the above, no relief as sought can be granted at this stage. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her remedies, if she is so advised, against the appointment of Smt. G. Annamma. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
