Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby to enlarge him on bail in Cr.No.98 of 2016 of Bheemini PS, Mancherial District, registered initially for the offence under Section 307 of IPC, which was subsequently altered to section 302 of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. Keeping in view the seriousness of the offences alleged against the petitioner, as the crime was registered initially for the offence under Section 307 of IPC and subsequently, altered to Section 302 of IPC, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner on bail, especially, when the investigation is pending and the charge sheet is yet to be filed.
