Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this Civil Revision Petition is no more survives on the ground that the main suit in OS.No. 937 of 2008 itself was disposed of on 3/11/2015 by the Court of I-Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy district at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad and now the same has become infructuous.

2. Recording the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
