HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.3137 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.3174 of 2017 And Crl.P.M.P.No.9408 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8767 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

The petitioners/A.1 to A.4 and the 1st respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.229 of 2016 on the file of V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupati, which is outcome of crime No.137 of 2015 of Renigunta (U) Police Station, Tirupati, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342 & 384 r/w 34 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
