This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/Accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.110 of 2018 on the file of the Special Magistrate Court, Suryapet.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl.Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent State. Perused the material on record.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused filed the present petition for quashing of proceedings in the aforesaid Calendar Case, now he restricts his prayer seeking to recall the Non Bailable Warrant (NBW) issued against the petitioner by the trial Court on 25.01.2019.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and in the interest of justice, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court on 30.09.2019 and on his surrender, the trial Court to enlarge the petitioner on his executing a self-bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for likesum each. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
