Heard learned counsel for the appellant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that in a suit for specific performance in O.S.No. 132 of 2OO7 and in A.S.No.74 of 2Ol4 the suit and appeal were dismissed. However, during the pendency of this second appeal, the parties have entered into a compromise and there was a settlement out of Court and no further orders are required in this ser:ond appeal. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this second appeal is dismissed before admission. In the circumstances of the case, the parties shall bear their respective costs. Miscellaaeous petitions, if any, pending, in this second appeal, shall stand \i closed.
