HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5590 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioners, who are A4 and A5 in Crime No.36 of 2018 of Medak Rural Police Station, filed the present application under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking enlargement on bail in the above crime, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 341, 363, 364 r/ w 34 I.P.C. The petitioners are in judicial custody since 11.04.2018. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the material on record.

The petitioners are A4 and A5 among five accused and the above crime is registered for the occurrence dated 02.04.2018. As the investigation is in progress, it is premature to consider any concession of bail at this stage. 4.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed, from perusal of the material on record, without prejudice to move bail in future from the changed circumstances.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
