2. This writ petition is filed alleging inaction on the part of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in taking action on the complaint filed by the petitioner, dated 07.03.2015.
3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in crime No.36 of 2015 is registered by I Town Police Station, Kurnool.
4. In view of that, nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
