Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has already availed the alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order dated 29.4.2015 and hence seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

2. In view of the said submission, permission is accorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
