In the instant case, the petitioner is challenging the orders dated 20.09.1999 and 10.12.2002 passed by respondents 2 and 3 under the A.P.Shops and Establishment Act, 1988. With the efflux of time, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
