Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents. 2.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in paying terminal benefits to the petitioner whose services were removed on 20-08-2007 by the respondents. Petitioner had given a representation dt.20-11-2009 to 3rd respondent seeking the said terminal benefits but no action has been taken by respondents till date. 3.

Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents states that 3rd respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
