THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.22033 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

"To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the proceedings dated 18.7.2013 passed in letter No. 671/SA6/Parigi/2013 issued by 3rd respondent as illegal, arbitrary and un-constitutional. Consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to forthwith take the petitioner into service in Employment Guarantee Scheme".

It is brought to the notice of the Court that in identical set of circumstances, this Court in W.P.No.12559 of 2014 passed an order on 24.4.2014.

Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to complete the entire disciplinary proceedings within 30 days as has been mandated in their own service Regulations and pass appropriate orders thereon. For whatever reason, if the disciplinary proceedings are not completed within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the petitioner shall be reinstated forthwith and thereafter the respondent authorities are at liberty to continue with the disciplinary proceedings. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J Date: 18.2.2016 Note:
