This writ petition is filed for the following relief: ".....to issue an appropriate Direction, Order or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the issuance of notice vide File No.

018861/SKP/R1/U6/HMDA/03012019 dated 09.01.2019 calling upon the Writ Petitioners to produce 'No Objection Certificate' from Collector, Ranga Reddy District for verification and consequently direct the Respondents to issue all necessary sanctions and permissions in respect of the Writ Schedule Property....."

It may be noted that in W.P.No.19300 of 2019, this Court had an occasion to consider the shortfalls mentioned in the Shortfall Letter dated 16.08.2019 and disposed of the same vide order dated 12.09.2019, operative portion of which reads as under: "In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to process the application of the petitioners without insisting on rectification of shortfalls as mentioned in Shortfall letter, dated 16.08.2019."

Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Office to enclose a copy of the order dated 12.09.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19300 of 2019 to this order.
