Mesram Bhagyalakshmi v. State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20688 OF 2019 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dt.14.06.2019 made against the 5th respondent. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the petitioner has not approached the concerned Station House Officer, for registration of crime; and that the complaint of the petitioner is in civil nature.
As rightly pointed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the complaint of the petitioner is in the nature of election dispute. As such, it is open for the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy as may be available to him under law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
