THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.174O of2023 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 19308 of 2015, dated 14.11.2022, wherein this Court directed the respondents to consider the representation, dated 25.06.1993, submitted by the petitioner seeking re-determination of compensation in ,I respect of the lands situated in Survey No.611 and 505/C admeasuring Acs.3.0O and Ac.0.05 guntas respectively of Yeswada Viliage, Karimnagar District, and pass appropriate orders thereon.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition that the respondents have considered the representation submitted by the petitioner and paid compensation amount of Rs.2,18,317/- through Cheque No. 126O09, dated 15. 11.2023, and a copy of the said cheque togL:her with the Aquitance Roll signed by the petitioner is also placed before this Court.

In the light of the above, the contempt case is closed. In case, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the quantum of compensation paid to him, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
