This writ petition is filed to declare Short Term Quotation Notice No.01/EE/APMSIDC/HYD-DVN/2012-13, dt.27.7.2012, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing Mr. K. Gopal, learned counsel, representing Mr. P. Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that with the efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.31055 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
