The Assistant Government Pleader places on record letter dated 01.06.2018 and submits that the writ prayer is rendered ineffective.
The counsel appearing for the proposed party makes a few submissions on several issues including the directions issued by this Court while disposing of W.P.No.34940 of 2015 and batch. This Court is of the view that since the Assistant Director of Survey and Land Records, Sangareddy District, has withdrawn the notice issued by him, all other issues need not be adverted to by this Court. As and when the parties raise substantive prayers, the prayers are considered on their own merits independently. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _____________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 09-07-2018 Prv
