Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for all the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.4 in implementing the orders of respondent No.3 in Appeal No.D/2838/2013, dated 23.02.2019, and issuing pattadar pass book and title deed to the petitioner in respect of the subject land situated at Athmakur Village and Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that if the petitioner makes an application through on-line in Dharani Portal, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an on-line application through Dharani Portal seeking issuance of new pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject land, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, respondent No.2 shall pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks thereof, duly taking note of the order dated 23.02.
