HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33961 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Transport (Telangana) that, in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.28795 of 2017 by order, dated 28.08.2017. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before the second respondent for release of the vehicle bearing No.PY05-3377 and, on such application being made, the second respondent shall consider the same an pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Office to enclose a copy of the order dated 28.08.2017 in W.P.No.28795 of 2017 to this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
