Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication as suit itself has been disposed of by the trial Court.

Recording the said submission, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
