Respondent/ compraina nt (Respondents in-do-) Petition under Section 482 CR.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.7100 of 2020, dt:05.01.2021 in Cr.No.416 of 2020 of P.S.Ghatkesar, Rachakonda Commissionerate, Cyberabad in so far as directing the petitioner to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/ ( Rupees five lakhs only) with two sureties for a like sum each one of such surety being from the local area where the petltioner is reside viz., Ramnagar, Sangareddy, Telangana State is concerned.

CRLP NO: 71OO OF 2020 Petition under Section 437 &.439 of Cr.P,C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitio nerlAccused - 3 on bail in Crime. No. 416 of 2020, on the tile of Police Station Ghatkesar, Rachakonda Commissionerate, Cybe ra bad. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S.Surender Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following

ORDER

This application is filed by the petitioner/accused No,3 seeking to relax the conditions imposed against him by order, dated O5.O1.2021 in Crl.P.No.71OO of 2O2O.

This Court by order, dated 05,01,2021 while granting bail to the petitioner imposed some conditions, This application is filed seeking modification of one of the conditions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while granting bail to the petitioner/A,3, this Court directed the petitioner to execute a personal bond for Rs.5r0O,OOO/- with two sureties, out of which one surety from the local area, where the petitioner is residing viz., Ramnagar, Sangareddy; that the petitioner is unable to get the surety from the local area and also enable to execute personal bond for Rs.5,00rOOO/- and ultimately, prayed this Court to relax the said condition. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the petition.

Having regard to the same and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,OO,0OO/ (Rupees one lakh only) with two sureties for a like amount each to the satisfaction of IV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar. Out of two sureties, one surety from Sangareddy Town, Sangareddy, The other conditions in the order, dated 05.O1,2021, shall remain unaltered.
