THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28359 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 1 to 3 in not providing employment to the petitioner as per the scheme bearing No.E(NG)II/2010/RC-5/1, dated 16.07.2010, to displaced land owners who lost their land in acquisition.

Since the matter relates to Railway Department, the writ petition is not maintainable before this Court and therefore the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Tribunal, if he is so advised. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
