Sri M. Rama Rao, learned counsel for the appellants, would submit that despite sending registered notices to the appellants, they have not turned up, and, therefore, reporting no instructions. When such is the event, it is nothing but the appellants are not inclining to prosecute the present appeal.

The second appeal relates to the year 2000, arising out of a regular first appeal of 1994, which arises out of a judgment and decree in a regular suit of 1990.

Hence, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the appellants, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
