THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.30484 of 2012 ORDER:

Sri Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 04.03.2016 to the Registry stating that his clients are no longer interested in prosecuting the case and therefore they may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if necessary.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
