This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in taking further steps after registration of crime No.9 of 2017, dated 22.01.2017.

This Court issued 'Notice Before Admission' on 28.02.2017 and in spite of receipt of notice, neither counter affidavit nor any written instructions were issued to the learned Government Pleader. The writ petitioner states that on his complaint against the respondents 4 and 5, crime No.9 of 2017 was registered on 22.01.2017 and no further steps were taken after registration of crime. In view of the allegation of negligence against the third respondent, and in the absence of any counter affidavit by the third respondent, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to see that the crime No.9 of 2017 is investigated on proper lines and appropriate action is taken by the concerned investigating officer in completing the investigation as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 17.04.2017 pln
