THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 521 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 439 (1) (b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure to relax the condition imposed by Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kamareddy, in criminal M.P.No. 1155 of 2016 by order dated 13-10-2016, whereby the petitioners were directed to report to the Station House Officer, Machareddy Police Station, between 10.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on every Monday with other usual conditions.

Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, would contend that the petitioners have been complying with the above direction for the last four months whereas learned Public Prosecutor (T.S.) would contend that the investigation is not yet completed and charge sheet is to be filed. Taking into consideration of the stage of investigation, I deem it appropriate to modify the condition that the petitioners shall report to the Station House Officer, Machareddy Police Station, between 10 a.m. and 12 noon on every Monday till filing charge sheet.

With the above modification, the criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed in consequence.
