HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.43064 of 2015 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that pursuant to the e-Auction Notice dated 22.11.2015, no auction was conducted for want of bidders. In that view of the matter, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
2. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is made clear that if any further auction notice is issued, it is open for the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law.
3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
