THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.20765 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue any writ order or direction more in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents no.1 to 3 herein in not considering the representation dt.8.3.2017 submitted by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to forthwith consider the petitioners representation dt.8.3.2017 and cancel the mining license granted in favour of the respondents no.4 and 5 herein vide Proceedings no.4161/M3/1997 and Proceedings no.624/M3/1995 respectively in respect of land to an extent of 3.0 Hectare each in syno.293 of Bandaraviryala Village, Hayatnagar Mandal, R.R.
District, as the same is being carried in violation of conditions of the license and by encroaching huge extent of government land without taking necessary precautions causing loss to life and property of the surrounding inhabitants and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein to consider the representation, dated 08.03.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the
case, respondent Nos.1 to 3 are hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 08.03.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
