The case of the petitioner is that initially his father and after his demise he is in possession and enjoyment of Ac.0.05 cents of land in Sy.No.110/2 of Kodumuru Village and Mandal, Kurnool District, by utilizing the same as a cattle shed and for storage purposes. When there was interference by the 4th and 5th respondents, the petitioner made a representation dated 28.02.2015 to respondents requesting them not to interfere with his possession by expressing his interest to pay the value of the

said land. Since the said representation is not disposed of so far, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) for respondents.

Considering the short relief sought for in the writ petition and the assertion of the petitioner that he is in possession and enjoyment of the land for more than 50 years, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 28.02.2015 submitted by the petitioner for grant of patta in his favour in respect of the land in his occupation admeasuring Ac.0.05 cents in Sy.No.110/2 of Kodumuru Village and Mandal, in accordance with the guidelines and Rules including the one under Board Standing Orders. Since the petitioner is in occupation of the land considerably for a long period, till the disposal of his representation, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the land in question. If any dispossession is made the same shall be in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
