This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India questioning the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in calling the petitioners to the police station and threatening them to withdraw the civil suits filed by them i.e., O.S.No.33 of 2016 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Bhongir and O.S.No.26 of 2017 on the file of V Additional District Judge, Nalgonda at Bhongir, which are stated to be in relation to the petitioners' agricultural land in Survey Nos.205/A admeasuring Ac.2.39 guntas and 206/A admeasuring Ac.0.04 guntas in Mogilipaka village of Valigonda Mandal, Nalgonda District and handover the vacant possession of the petitioners' land to the unofficial respondent No.4, as illegal, arbitrary, null and void. Heard Sri K. Venu Madhav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
On written instructions dated 24.09.2019, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a case in Crime No.419 of 2017 was registered in Valigonda Police Station against the first petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and after completion of the
investigation in the said case, charge sheet was also filed, vide C.C.No.14 of 2017. He would further submit that except in connection with the above case, the police are never calling the petitioners to police station nor interfering with the civil dispute of the petitioners at any point of time. Recording the said submissions made by the Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
