This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioner as a Clerk in the 4th respondent Cooperative Society and also the proposed impugned action of the respondents in terminating the services of the petitioner, as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard Sri K.Murali Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the Corporation. 3.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at the time of admission, this Court, vide orders dated 30.3.2001, granted interim direction as prayed for. By virtue of the said interim direction, the petitioner is continued in service.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition as the petitioner is continued in service.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are necessary. However, the respondents are at liberty to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law, if so advised. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
