This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the 4th respondent to conduct survey as per request of the petitioner dt.12-05-2018, for which payment had been made by petitioner online.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will take appropriate action on petitioner's application within four weeks. 3.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to conduct survey as sought by petitioner in his application dt.12-05-2018 within four (04) weeks after notice to the petitioner and other affected parties. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
