THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Writ Petition No.20704 of 2019 ORDER :

Heard Sri Goutha Vinay, counsel appearing on behalf of Sri M.R.S. Srinivas, counsel for petitioner; and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The grievance of petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the 4th respondent is not receiving the document presented by him for the purpose of registration allegedly on the ground that the property is mentioned in the 'Prohibition List' under Section 22-A of the Indian Registration Act, 1908.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that 4th respondent will receive the said document and pass a reasoned order if he is not inclined to register the said document, and shall communicate the said order to petitioner under Section 71 of the Indian Registration Act, 1908. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to receive the document and pass a reasoned order if he is not inclined to register the said document, and communicate the said order to petitioner under Section 71 of the Indian Registration Act, 1908. No order as to costs.
