O R D E R

Alleging that the 4th respondent - Station House Office, Krishnalanka Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District, is interfering with the business activity of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed for a direction to the said respondent, not to interfere without following the due process of law. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 4.6.2018, to the effect that on receipt of a telephone call from an unknown person stating that some quarrel took place at the subject premises, the 4th respondent visited the place and on enquiry, found that there was a quarrel between the petitioner, who is the tenant, and the owner of the premises, and that the petitioner has shown status quo order granted by civil court, and that he advised them to abide the said order.

It is further stated that after the said incident, neither the petitioner, nor the respondents 5 to 7, turned up to police station and gave any complaint and that he is not interfering with the business activity of the petitioner, as alleged. Recording the above statement of the 4th respondent in the written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
