This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the IVlemorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon nJaring the arguments of Sri V. YADU KRISHNA SAINATH ,Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor (TG) on behalf of the Respondent.

I THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7O97 OF 2O2O ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C'), is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.2 for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.7 of 2O2O of Kaghaznagar Town Police Station, Kumram Bheem Asifabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 380 and 45O I P'C' 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No'2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent-poiice falsely implicated the petitioner in the present crime; that there is no material to connect the petitioner with the alleged offences, except the confessional statement made by accused No. 1, that the entire investigation is completed and ultimately, prayed this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the grant of the bail to the petitioner.

As seen from the record,'on the strength of confessional statement of accused No.l, the name of the petitioner has been shown in the First Information Report. All the accused have involved in heinous offences punishable under Sections 302, 380 and 45O i.P.C.

Thus looking into nature of allegations levelled against the present petitioner, involvement of the petitioner in the commission of offence and gravity of offences, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
