As there was no representation for the writ petitioner on 22.12.2015 the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Despite listing the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. The learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and the learned counsel for the 5th respondent are present. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
