Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has forwarded letter, dated 23.03.2021, to the Registrar (Judicial), for posting the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal' with liberty to file appropriate application before the Court below and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal revision case. The permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
