This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 17-06-2013 passed in I.A.No.1924 of 2010 in O.S.No.1021 of 1997 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, allowing the application filed under Order I Rule 10 of Code of Civil Procedure.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.1021 of 1997 was disposed of by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy on 18-08-2016. Therefore, this Court need not examine the legality of the order at this stage after disposal of main O.S. itself. Hence, I find that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
