This appeal is filed under Order 43 Rule 1 of CPC challenging the order dated 22.04.2013 passed in I.A.No.836 of 2012 in O.S.No.158 of 2012 on the file of the Family Court‐VII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy.

There is no representation on behalf of the appellant on 12.07.2018. Today the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that they have no instructions from the appellant. No purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this appeal is dismissed for non‐prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this miscellaneous appeal, shall stand closed.
