THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.18205 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.B.Chinnapa Reddy for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue).

The petitioners pray for the following relief: "..........Writ of Mandamus declaring the high handed action of the Respondent authorities to dispossess the petitioners from their property over an extent of Ac.5-13 cents of dry land located in Sy.No.169 of Pedapalem Village, Atchampeta Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice......" Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are given liberty to approach Revenue Divisional Officer by filing representation along with the relevant documents of the subject matter of the writ petition.

If representation, is filed as permitted by this Court, the Revenue Divisional Officer considers disposing of the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
