Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant.

This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, seeking to permit the petitioner/appellant in A.S.No.2344 of 1999 to withdraw the Appeal Suit. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Appellant that he already passed on information to the learned counsel for the Respondent as to the moving of the present application today. In view of the same and having regard to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant herein, I.A.No.1 of 2018 in A.S.No.2344 of 1999 is ordered and accordingly, A.S.No.2344 of 1999 is dismissed as withdrawn and the interim orders, if any, stand rescinded. There shall be no order as to costs.
