This Writ Petition came up for admission on 02.06.2015 and as the learned counsel for the petitioners was absent on that day, it is posted to today, under the caption 'for orders'.

The relief sought for in the Writ Petition is for permitting the petitioners to appear for the examination of III year (2nd Semester), Engineer Course of Computer Science Branch, scheduled to be conducted from 05.05.2015 to 26.05.2015. The said period is over by the date of consideration of the present Writ Petition. Probably, that is the reason why the learned counsel for the petitioners is absent even today also.
