Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the petitioner was never called to the 3rd respondent police station and he was not insisted to vacate the subject property and to hand over the same to respondent Nos.4 & 5; and that the petitioner was not at all threatened to implicate him in false cases. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
