Sri S.R. Sanku, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner does not intend to prosecute the writ petition and contempt case and accordingly seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the same.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
