This criminal petition is filed by petitioner - accused No.1, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.169 of 2015 of Annavaram Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8 (c) read with Section 20 (b)(i) of NDPS Act.

A perusal of the record discloses that the seized ganja is 316 kgs, which is commercial quantity. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner - accused No.1.
