THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 20774 OF 2019 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents, particularly the 5th respondent in illegally interfering and causing obstruction of the construction of the petitioner's house made as per the approved construction plan vide permit granted by the 2nd respondent, dated 11.02.2019, as illegal and arbitrary.

Admittedly, the petitioner was issued notice on account of the objections raised by one Sri Middela Babu. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client had not informed him about the pendency of civil suits and also notice and reply having been submitted. In those circumstances, the learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the Writ Petition, however, with liberty to take appropriate steps if the situation warrants.

In view of the said submission, liberty is granted and the Writ Petition is accordingly, dismissed. No costs. The miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed. ___________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 24th September 2019 ksld
